The Work Place Intelligence

We are human and we find ourselves as adults in a workplace striving to make a living and earn respect in the society. We can only do this with natural intelligence. Natural intelligence is the ability to think with your brain, learn new things (be innovative), be able to handle challenges and thereby achieve goals within a given timeline with focus OR simply put, natural intelligence is the mental ability to learn, think and unlearn by taking necessary information that gives you skills for problem solving tasking.

Google explains that natural intelligence can be affected by the home front, parenting styles, education (if the person got a continuous formal education or informal education), nutrition (if the person ate a balanced meal with a steady flow of recommended daily allowance RDA), and access to medicare.

Last year, records from Q1 in Nigeria show that 73.2% of the working age people are employed. No wonder people work and some are productive while some are highly productive due to their rate of human intelligence. It's no secret the work comes from a good heart that has been blessed and wants to be a blessing and also develop dignity and decide to be a blessing. This is typical of a workplace in my country Nigeria. That is why in a right place, the right thing will happen to you. The place of work is where you exhibit your natural intelligence, God sees it in your heart (a high level of effectiveness and productivity) then He ensures the worker gets a good reward (salary). Therefore, the lazy man disregards his human intelligence and can't be productive to himself nor the society.
